Surgical Penis Enlargement

The One I Never Dared to Try

Surgical Penis Enlargement (Phalloplasty) is something I read about with some interest but never had the guts to try. After reading the details of the procedure, I felt troubled. It involves severing a ligament that connects the penis to the bone to pull the part of penis that normally would be inside the body. Though it may help one elongate his penis by one or two inches, the erection can never point upwards or normally again, because the absence of the ligament connection makes the penis point to the ground, a very hard side effect to suffer.

There are also the potential side effects of infection. Some surgical penis enlargement procedures promise larger girth by grafting skin or fat tissue from other parts. Will one be able to attain the same intense sensitivity over fat or thick layers of skin? I doubt it.

I have also read a lot about implants that help the penis get natural-like erections. Again there are implants, when implanted will give the impression that the penis is perpetually erect. It is not a good thing, especially when pursuing family activities like swimming, boating, etc. Also do a Google search on the guy, who had an implant that didn’t work properly and had a 10 year erection.

I also failed to find one highly satisfactory result or testimonial for surgical penis enlargement. The price, is also too much when comparing the precious little chance of success to the huge risk.
