Who wants penis enlargement surgery? Not for me – this will probably be your response when presented with the option of penis enlargement surgery as well. The surgical procedure, phalloplasty is often recommended for persons with conditions like ‘micro-penis’.
There are different procedures in penis enlargement surgery. One among them is to cut the ligament that connects the penis to the pubic bone, to pull out the part of penis that is inside the body, as to increase the length of the shaft. This however causes the penis to stay down when erect, because of the absence of the ligament that holds the penis up.
Other procedures also include increasing the girth of penis by grafting fat or skin from other parts of the body. Men are likely to get funny shaped penises with their shaft thicker than the ‘head’. Not good.
Even if successful the increase of penis size by an inch, a person should expect his penis to show instability during sex. A major concern, that you can’t laugh off.
Last, but not the least. Why take a risk that is well below the 50-50 mark at a cost of over $ 10,000? Not worth the risk, especially when the success is not that satisfactorily anyway. How long does the success give results? Don’t know, experts are likely to answer this question directly.
Taking all the risks to get an additional inch at such a whopping risk – penis enlargement surgery isn’t for the ‘average’ man.
